Extended Warranties by Extend

We are excited to partner with Extend to offer extended warranties on our refrigeration products. 

What is Extend and how does it work? 

Extend works like any warranty you'd purchase when buying an appliance like a washing machine at Lowes or Home Depot, but with less stipulations. If your product is found to be defective after you open the box or breaks within normal everyday use, Extend will completely replace your appliance at no cost to you. 

How do I initiate a claim? 

You can reach out to us directly at info@greatkeg.com or by phone at 855-270-5340 to initiate a warranty claim. You can also file a claim directly with Extend via their web portal here. Please note that clicking this will initiate a live chat with an Extend virtual claims specialist. 

How long will it take to get my replacement appliance?

Generally speaking, your replacement will be shipped out at the same speed your original order was, assuming that it is not out of stock with its manufacturer. Please include an additional 4-5 business days for Extend processing. 

Will I be compensated for the product? 

Extend reimburses us for your defective or broken product and we initiate a new order for the same product on your behalf. You don't have to do anything other than initiate a claim and wait for your new product to arrive. 

Is Extend available for all products?

Unfortunately, we are only able to offer Extend warranties on residential products, meaning products intended for use in the home. Examples of items not currently covered by Extend include bar back refrigeration units, merchandisers, and kegerators/wine fridges that are specifically labeled for commercial use. Worry not, commercial warranties are on the horizon for Extend within the next year. Until then, commercial products are subject to manufacturers warranties only.
